Tattoos/Scars | Very obvious missing left eye (a fake glass one is used on rare occasions). Deep scar slashed diagonally up the center of his face. Additional deep scar starting from the back right of his jaw that goes diagonally up his cheek. Numerous other deep scaring from various of blades/bullet wounds pepper his torso and back. Light traces of scarring can be found along the outlines of his veins of his inner forearms. |
Personality | Cocky, sure of himself, and 100% what you think a confident (slightly narcissistic) Sky Pirate would be. Voyce is not only a stubborn man with a workhorse type ethic, but a self made, self dubbed King who wears the title not only with pride, but as if it was earned and deserved…..because it was. Very few people know of his past, even fewer know of his habits and likes outside of cigarettes, chocobos, and gil. However the lucky few who have gotten closer have realized, despite Voyce’s criminal record, he’s actually a guy who’s simply done what he needed to do in order to survive. To this day, only two people have seen his true softest of smiles that are usually reserved for the Chocobos he breeds. |

➤ Notable Features
♛ Missing Left Eye: One of the most obvious features on the Hyur is the lacking left eye. While the old (and ironically his most favored) battle wound is normally covered by a eye-patch, Voyce can at times be seen with a false glass eye in place.♛ Diagonal Scar Across Face: The lasting result from taking a gunblade slash to the face, this deep scar is something the Hyur will never cover up...not that he can really try.♛ Multiple Burns/Skin Grafts: While mostly covered by long sleeves and multiple layers, when one gets the change to see the man with less clothing the burns hyper focused on his left side and the grafts needed to help certain parts heal are plainly obvious. Not surprising! One does not escape a fiery crash without a little burns!♛ Messy Penmanship: While is isn't a psychical feature, it is definitely something he can not hide: Horrible penmanship. The only thing truly legible at a glance is literally the man's signature. Anything else though? A rushed together italicized mess. Go figure, limited formal education would bite one in the arse here.

➤ Key Skills
♛ Sharpshooter: Need someone highly proficient at firearms or a many other projectile/accuracy based weapons? You found your man. With an eye for detail, the Hyur usual excels with most accuracy based weaponry. However, given choice the man favors his custom made long range sniper rifle.♛ Quicker Learner: 99% of Voyce's success in life is simple. It's because the man learns and learns quick. Due to this, failures he has experienced isn't looked at with a ton of malice and he will openly question things he does not understand to learn more.♛ Multilingual: While his writing is horrid and his reading comprehension is barely antique due to lacking formal education, Voyce does excel in learning how to speak new languages. Due to this, he's picked up quiet a few over his years of traveling. He fully understands common tongue, Elezen, Domon (Hingan) tongue, Xaelic, and Sign Language. He also has a loose grasp on Huntspeak due to a once close contact, however it's been unpracticed now for years and so he does not claim to openly understand it.

➤History
(Note: This is a very brief background history and does not include all the details)
A bastard, a Brume rat, an orphan; Voyce's beginnings are nothing entirely uncommon in Eorzea. Especially when you're born up North in Ishgard. After his mother passed during a 'particularly hard time', a young boy would find his first steps into nefarious deeds just like a many other children in the cold city of stone: via stealing of basic necessities to survive. Over time crimes would upgrade to include nearly everything under the sun, with him eventually graduating to murder as a teenager by taking the life of a minor noble. To escape the sentence of the crime, Voyce would sell himself to the first Sky Pirate crew that would take him. Little did a seventeen year old at the time realize, this would open the door to a life long career.Growing skilled in business and gaining contacts of all types, Voyce's next decade of Piracy would be one wild ride. The teen would rise like a many of others before him, his deadly marksmanship eventually earning him his first honorific of The Falcon-Eyed Corsair. However as time trudged on and certain Veera crashed into his life, Voyce's shots would take an abrupt change in execution method; earning the young man an adaptation of the previous title: The Bloody Falcon. In his early-twenties, Voyce finally left his first crew and 'obtained' his first airship which was promptly named the Hemlock. Known for it's small, yet rather eclectic crew with a massively confusing compass of right and wrong, the self dubbed Fate's Threads set out to harass the skies up North for a total of three years. That was at least until said airship was reported to have gone down after a particularly nasty exchange with a rival. Presumed dead, the man would disappear for a time only to emerge recently with a feverish favor of chocobos, a goal that would be more plausible in a children's tale, and a glint in his eye that had not been seen in some time.

➤Recent Events
With the Isle of Imani currently on the move towards Old Sharlayan, Voyce has spent a lot of his time on Imani indulging in personal projects of his own. Surprising to a many, the man has backed off on rebuilding his airship now. Where there was once zeal, it seems to now be redirected into smaller and 'more manageable' means. How one considers building a manacutter from salvaged airship parts more manageable is questionable, however that's besides the point. There's been some new additions to Imani as well that have become staples to his life: A rather kind hearted Keeper woman named Sami Tayuun that has garnished a seemingly big debt of thanks from the blonde half-breed himself. Even a longstanding contact once met through the Direwolves Engineering business, Tifhah Mhartu. These three have created an interesting environment over the past handful of moons adding new challenges and surprises for all.Another thing many have noticed, however information is limited, has been Voyce muttering over the new addition of some 'Crows' up in some mountains. To say the least? Interesting things have been afoot...

➤Habits
♛ Chronic Smoker: Started for reasons not many know, continued for over eleven years, to say Voyce isn't a chronic smoker would be a sin. Always armed with at least a small silver case full of them, the Hyur can be found at all times with a cigarette between his lips. Thankfully he's respectful enough to keep his habit outdoors or in areas allowed.♛ Picky Eater: Due to some bad experiences, Voyce is very very strict with his food intake. Meals have to rather be prepared in front of the man's hawk like gaze or by a trusted person. Ironic considering that he hates to waste food in general. He can be found in a conflicted thought process from time to time if he's given food unexpectedly.♛ "We do not waste here.": It's a saying that the familiar are annoyed with and those that are new to Imani find out why fast. Near obsessive with using every aspect of an item, Voyce can be a little much with his 'no waste' policy. From clothing, to scrap machinery, old jewelry, and even food; nothing is wasted. Ever.♛ Obsessive-compulsive disorder: While he has been getting help for his repetitive behaviors over the years, to a skilled eye they can still be caught. They're now mostly prevalent when he's in private or when he believes he's alone.

'Ruby' | The Rival
💬 From Voyce Himself: 💬 " You wanna know about the first gift the Spinner sent me? Oh she's got more bloody gall in her than any other person I've met. A right bitch who thinks most aren't even worth being the dirt under her feet. I don't regret loosin' my ship trying to kill her. I don't regret breakin' my rules and dealin' with her personally either. However...still to this day, I gotta admit, she be the only other person on this Star that I can trust besides my birds. We've come to a rare agreement to work together recently and because of it? Well...it's odd hearin' her officially take a name I'm the culprit of givin' her years ago. Even odder sharin' a surname with another again, even if she's only borrowin' it for appearances that's for sure. To say the least...the years I've known this woman? Have been a wild ride."

'Hellhound' | The Mage
💬 From Voyce Himself: 💬 " Another Gift the Spinner has sent me has been...a rollercoaster to say the least. I didn't know what to think of him at first. Honestly I considered him mostly a kid when I first met him and his damn emotional support carbuncle, Julia. Now though...I find myself trusting his judgement recently. Especially when it comes to magical bullshit.Hate to say it, he's grownin' on me. Still doesn't make him not annoying as shit at times though. "

'Sweet Pea' | The Slave
💬 From Voyce Himself: 💬 " Look. Imma be upfront. I may have obtained Sweet Pea in probably one of the most...horrid sounding ways. I get it. You shouldn't buy slaves yadda yadda yadda. However I was in the markets, we needed a new cook, and I had a moment, okay? What can I say? She's one of the hardest workin' little things I ever did see though. A excellent cook on top of it who racks in the tips like no problem. I've got no doubt she'll pay back how much it cost for her purchase."
